Text Y'all Labs

This is the Y'all Labs business line. It is a normal two-way number operated by Y'all Labs LLC, and a person is behind it. You text it, we text back.

What we send

Three kinds of message come from this number, and nothing else. No promotions, no offers, no campaigns.

• Replies to you.When you text us, our system reads your message, texts you back to confirm what it understood, and a person at Y'all Labs follows up.
• Appointment and scheduling messages. If you gave us your number and asked us to get in touch, we may text you to set up or confirm a call or a meeting.
• Alerts to our own team.When someone fills in our contact form or texts this number, the Y'all Labs staff who handle it get a text so nothing sits unanswered.

We only ever text a number its owner gave us directly, by texting us, by filling in our contact form, or by telling us on a call. We never buy, rent, import, or scrape phone numbers, and there is no subscriber list.

Frequency, rates, and stopping

• Message frequency varies. It depends on your own conversation with us. There is no schedule and no recurring send.
• Message and data rates may apply. Those are between you and your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop messages from this number. Reply HELP for help, or email howdy@yalllabs.com.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. What this line is for

Y'all Labs builds AI systems that read incoming work requests for contractors and prepare drafts for a person to check and send. This number is our own line for that work. We use it to answer people who reach out to us, to arrange calls with people who asked us to get in touch, and to alert our own team when something new comes in.

A person always reviews anything the system prepares before it is sent or acted on. Nothing goes out on its own.

Opting out and back in

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT and we will confirm once and then send you nothing further from that number. If you change your mind, reply START and we will confirm that you can receive messages again. Opting out of texts never affects anything else we do for you.

Do not use text for emergencies

Text is not guaranteed to arrive and is not monitored around the clock. Do not use it for anything that needs an immediate, guaranteed response.
