These terms cover this website and our text message number. Paid work is governed by the written agreement you sign with us, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Text messaging terms

Our number is (940) 290-6927, a two-way business line operated by Y'all Labs LLC. By texting (940) 290-6927 you agree to receive replies, appointment and scheduling messages, and messages about your request from Y'all Labs LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. The full call to action is at yalllabs.com/text.

Three kinds of message come from that number, and nothing else:

• Replies to you, when you text us first.
• Appointment and scheduling messages, if you gave us your number and asked us to get in touch.
• Internal alerts to our own staff, when a new inquiry arrives through our contact form or this number.
• We only ever text a number its owner gave us directly. We never buy, rent, import, or scrape phone numbers, and there is no subscriber list.
• No marketing, ever. We do not send promotions, offers, or campaigns by text.
• Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.
• Message and data rates may apply. Those are between you and your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP to stop messages from that number. Reply HELP for help, or email howdy@yalllabs.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot guarantee delivery.
• Do not use text messages for emergencies or for anything that needs a guaranteed, immediate response.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We do not run affiliate marketing, and we do not buy, sell, or broker leads. Using this website

The site is provided as it is, for information. We work to keep it accurate but we do not promise it is complete or current, and nothing on it is a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any result.

Our work and your work

The text, images, logos, and design on this site belong to Y'all Labs. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Anything we build for a client under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, including who owns what.

Automated systems

Some of what we build uses AI to read messages and prepare drafts. Drafts are reviewed by a person before anything is sent or acted on. AI systems can misread things, and neither this site nor any system we operate replaces a human checking work that matters.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Y'all Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from this website or from text messages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site or the number after a change means you accept it.
