Y'all Labs LLC (“Y'all Labs,” “we,” “us”) builds AI systems for contractors. This page says plainly what information we collect, why we have it, and what we will never do with it. If anything here is unclear, email howdy@yalllabs.com and ask.

Text messages and your mobile number

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text message content is likewise never sold or shared for marketing.

Mobile numbers and the contents of messages stay with Y'all Labs and are used only to carry on the conversation you started and to operate the service you asked for. The only outside parties that touch them are the telecommunications providers required to deliver a text message at all, and they may use that information solely to deliver the message.

Our number is (940) 290-6927, a normal two-way business line. It sends three kinds of message and nothing else: replies to people who text us first, appointment and scheduling messages to people who gave us their number and asked us to get in touch, and internal alerts to our own staff when a new inquiry arrives. We only ever text a number its owner gave us directly. We never buy, rent, import, or scrape phone numbers, we do not run a subscriber list, and we send no marketing by text. Message frequency varies and depends entirely on your own conversation with us. There is no fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop messages from that number, and HELP for help. Opting out of texts never affects anything else we do for you.

What we collect

• When you contact us, by email, form, or text: your name, the contact details you give us, and what you wrote.
• When you text our number: your mobile number, the contents of your messages, any photos you send, and the times they were sent and received.
• When you work with us: the business information needed to do the job, which is described in your own agreement with us.
• When you visit this website: our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses and browser information. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

Why we have it

To reply to you, to run the systems you hired us to run, and to keep records of work performed. That is the whole list. We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we do not feed client data into any tool for a purpose you have not agreed to.

How long we keep it

Message and work records are kept while we are working together and for as long afterwards as we need them for tax and legal records. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Who else sees it

Service providers we need in order to operate, such as hosting, email, database, and telecommunications companies. They may only use it to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Nobody buys it, because it is not for sale.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

Email howdy@yalllabs.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Reply STOP to any text to end messages from that number.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people we already work with will be told to those people directly.
